St Anne's House offers luxury bed & breakfast in Sutton Bonington, a pretty village on the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire borders.
Your hosts, Janine and Chris, are pleased to welcome you to their home where they hope you will enjoy the large comfortable rooms, generous breakfasts and picturesque country garden. Nothing is too much trouble, and every review has given 5 stars.

There is a tea room and two friendly country pubs , one of which serves food all within walking distance

Convenient for those visiting Loughborough, Leicester, Nottingham or Derby - all within half an hours drive.
The University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington campus, is just a 15 minute walk.

Well connected, being a 10 minute drive from East Midlands Parkway station, 20 minutes from East Midlands Airport and 3 miles from the M1, junction 24 . Guests also benefit from secure parking on the gated drive.

We welcome dogs, so long as your pooch is friendly with our westie "Hamish"
Rooms are available from £120 per night for 2 people including breakfasts
Our minimum stay is 2 nights.

OUR ROOMS

"Hollyhock" is our charming en-suite double overlooking the garden and St Anne's Church
​
"Cuckoopint" is our large, comfortable double room with adjacent bathroom, featuring a cast iron roll top bath and shower.
​
"Hellebore" is a large, light and airy twin room with use of the bathroom.
​
"Foxglove" is our single room, adjacent to "Hollyhock"
​
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, televisions, use of free wifi, and provide a workspace.
​
There is also of the cosy 'Snug' for guests to use outside of their rooms as a place to socialise and relax.
We operate a 2 night minimum stay policy.
